Casting off restraints-The Spiritual meaning behind Liberalism.
I have been quite baffled in understanding why liberals,
Democrats and unfortunately many Christians support open borders. Common sense says
it is detrimental to any society to allow an unsecure invasion of unvetted
people. Liberal politicians are so insistent on this, they have changed the
term twice from” illegal aliens” to “Undocumented” now to “Newcomers”. Liberals have lost all
common sense in supporting immoral issues like abortion, homosexuality and transgenderism.
They believe stupid things like men can be pregnant, the earth is flat, giving
puberty blockers to children and much more. Even more baffling is how the
entertainment industry, educational system and news media support these
concepts and have become the propaganda arm for such dangerous ideas.
I am mystified as to how rational men could believe in such things. As a Christian I could only chalk it up to last days “deception”. I think this deception is part of it, but now believe it is more than that! Recently I heard a message by Jonathan Cahn that explained the spiritual reason why liberals are they way they are. He says they are for open borders, globalization and ungodly principles because evil people believe in no restrictions.
When God put Adam and Eve in the Garden, He gave them only one
law; only one restriction; only one border per say that they could not cross.
That of course was to not eat from the
tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil. Satan who was deported out of heaven (along
with his fallen angels), caused Adam and Eve to sin by crossing that barrier and
defy the one restriction God set in place. This led to the fall of mankind. God
now had to remove Adam and his wife from the garden and put an angel with a
flaming sword (Border patrol) to keep any man from entering it. Sinful man
today, has inherited the nature of that rebellion and wants to cast off any
restraints whether its sexuality, legality or immorality. That is why the
wicked are called “lawless” in scripture.
Later, instead of one law for two people God gave ten laws
for mankind. He gave Moses Ten laws for the people of Israel. The bible
refers to the 10 Commandments and rules that God set down as “The Law”
(Matt 7:12, Matt. 22:40, Rom. 3:21). Yet before Moses could even descend from
the mountain, the people were breaking the law and defying God by worshiping an
idol, and indulging in sexual sin and wickedness.
Rebellious man will always defy the restrains of law and
righteousness. They do not recognize the important restrictions that have
been given to benefit society and moral life. This is why liberal politicians
defy the constrains of the constitution and cross the borders of established
law. Strange how the wicked want the righteous punished but do not want to bring justice on the wicked. Liberals open up the jails and release criminals and yet imprison the
guiltless. They arrest peaceful protesters like many of the Jan6ers and refuse
to arrest Antifa and Black Lives Matter even after they burn down buildings and
cars.
God confines marriage to one man and one woman but the
wicked have crossed that border, redefined marriage with same sex marriage. But
homosexuality and same sex marriage was not enough. They want to cross the
border of gender and say why should they constrain themselves to just two genders
so they invent a myriad of fake gender ideologies defying logic or science! And worse, they want to indoctrinate our children in school with this perversion. Mans self-will has defied Gods Word and ways.
Mankind is at the apex of wickedness which is a sign of the
last days. They are trying to cast off
all restraints, defy moral and spiritual laws, redefine norms and pervert
justice and truth. This is why God has given them into into a “reprobate mind”
“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.” (Romans 1:26-32).
A reprobate mined is defined as a spiritual condition that
is characterized by moral decay, wickedness, unrighteousness, and depravity. It
is the condition of the morally depraved and comes from the Greek word adokimos meaning “rejected, unfit, to cast away” putting them eternally outside the Kingdom of God.
Sadly, more and more Christians
are joining in with this liberal mindset. Many put a party before godly principles.
They collude with the wicked, accept what God has rejected and have fallen into
“strong delusion” (2 Thess. 2:11). They no longer see the restraints that God
has set in place or the righteous laws that define a peaceful and prosperous
society. They defy the God they say they serve and the scriptures that they
were once taught.
Studies have shown that this generation is more prone to
homosexuality and transgenderism then any other and that though social media is a part of the reason, not surprisingly, it also correlates
to the fact they were the least disciplined by parents, most coddled and given
the least restraints. Their parents did not spank them and they have no concept
of consequences nor fear of punishment. Society has hardened its heart and has
cast of all restraints with “inclusion,
diversity and equity” as their mantra!
The border crisis is a symbol of the spiritual condition of
this generation. Until the pillars of truth are erected again and laws are obeyed
we will be the end-time generation that Jesus referred to when he said they would
be like The days of Noah, and we know how that ended.
“And GOD saw that the
wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the
thoughts of his heart was only evil continually”. (Gen. 6:5)
As True Christians, we must continually pray, intercede and
be a light in the darkest of times. Do not discard the parameters that God has set up to protect us, nor cross over into forbidden territory, but rather hold your ground. Only the wall of righteousness can keep out
the invasion of sin. A biblical sheep pen had walls and the shepherd stood and
slept at the gate to protect the sheep. But Jesus said:
“Truly, truly I say to you, the one who does
not enter by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbs up some other way, he is a thief and a robber...The thief
comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came so that they would have life,
and have it abundantly.” John 10:1
Unfortunately concerning this nation, the liberals are tearing
down the walls and inviting the wolves to come eat the sheep! God, raise up the righteous and bring down the wicked!
